For the third consecutive year, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House is heading to Florida — this time, to a plantation-style home in West Palm Beach.
Located in the city’s South End neighborhood, the sprawling 8,751-square-foot property designed by Lars Bolander will be transformed by talented industry professionals. Inspired by South African and Dutch architecture, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom estate is surrounded by verdant vegetation and a tantalizing poolscape. Other notable elements include a vaulted great room, outdoor dining terrace, and separate pool and guest houses.
The show house will be open to the public February 1 through March 1. As does the longstanding Kips Bay Show House in New York City, the South Florida installment will support the Boys & Girls Club.
