For those who just can’t suppress their cravings for Bridgehampton’s Almond restaurant–be it the brussels sprouts or the Korean-style barbecue short ribs–it’s time to celebrate: Founders Jason Weiner and Eric Lemonides have opened L&W Market next door, allowing regulars to take home their favorite menu items and foods often available only in specialty markets.

“Growing up in Brooklyn,” Lemonides explains, “Italian specialty stores, Jewish delis and Polish markets were huge influences on our childhoods. We plan to bring our version of those markets to our neighborhood on the East End. You’ll be able to stop in for coffee and breakfast, grab a sandwich or salad for the beach, or pick up an entire meal to bring back home.”
