In a nod to Arizona’s continued growth, Staging and Design Network (3055 E. Rose Garden Lane, #140) has expanded out of the Seattle area to debut its first Phoenix warehouse. The 25,000-square-foot space (above) opened in November and features, in the tradition of its Washington predecessors, an expansive selection of furniture and decor for rent or purchase. The inventory is managed by network members like Realtors and designers and stretches across aesthetics to offer something for everyone.
Growth has also driven the recent move by The Floor Collection Flagship Showroom, which departed Scottsdale for Mesa (2628 W. Birchwood Circle). The new location of this to-the-trade company features 2,000 square feet of showroom space and a 6,000-square-foot warehouse, which translates to bigger inventory and speedier delivery for designers.
