Jamie Drake and Caleb Anderson’s book Bold: The Interiors of Drake/Anderson (Rizzoli) drops this month. The tome contains 11 projects, including Anderson’s own New York apartment, where a marble bath features pops of yellow. Here, we chat with the duo about some of the spaces that grace the pages.

KITCHEN CONFIDENTIAL
“It’s fun combining details that feel antique or old-world with those that are more modern. Textural connections unite a space, such as the glass cabinetry and hammered-brass island here,” says Anderson of this London space.

STYLE MASTERS
“The projects in the book run the gamut from contemporary to transitional to traditional, but each expresses our feelings toward luxury, materials, texture and movement,” says Drake. The brass-sheathed wet bar above is located in a London residence.

SUNNY SPACES
“In my own apartment, I added touches of yellow to a marble bath to complement the adjacent yellow library,” Anderson says of the style choices in his personal oasis.
