The Bristol, Palm Beach
Soaring high on the island of Palm Beach, The Bristol will offer a modern take on luxury living. Expected to open in late 2018, architecture firms SCB and Revuelta Architecture International designed the 25-story building featuring three- to five-bedroom condos ranging from 3,700 to 14,000 square feet. Private elevators will whisk residents to their homes where inside vast ceilings and expansive windows will highlight sweeping panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway and the island of Palm Beach. The interiors, designed by Amir Khamneipur, will feature a soothing palette of soft gray, white and taupe, his-and-her bathrooms and custom chef’s kitchens with Gaggenau double ovens and three Sub-Zero undercounter refrigerator drawers. Additional on-site amenities include a fitness center, spa, private dining and thriving outdoor spaces from landscape architecture firm EDSA. More than just beautiful homes, the affluent condos will provide an unprecedented and distinguished lifestyle and community.
