It’s time to pack those bags and head to Texas.

HGTV’s design power duo, Chip and Joanna Gaines, just announced their new vacation property, Hillcrest Estate, is accepting reservations starting Aug. 8.

Similar to their first rental project, Magnolia House, which opened in February 2016, the property is located in Waco and proudly displays Joanna’s modern farmhouse style.

The “Fixer Upper” co-hosts stumbled upon Hillcrest Estate in the heart of the city and subsequently renovated it to bring it into the 21st century.

While the exterior nods to the traditional architecture typical of the early 1900s (the estate was constructed in 1903), inside, visitors will discover an updated country-chic ambience. Keeping true to the original design, the team retained crown moldings and a fireplace, but contemporary touches like bold colors and modern lighting give it a fresh feel.

The estate — which features seven beds and 3.5 bathrooms — can house up to 12 guests at a time, with plenty of room (and luxury) to spare. Plush bedding combined with amenities like a full kitchen, washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi are sure to make visitors feel right at home.

Magnolia email subscribers will get a first crack at reservations from September through December; everyone else will be able to start reserving shortly after.

While we all wait for Hillcrest Estate’s official opening, check out the kitchen in this Texas home that resembles the one in the Waco property.
