Proving that bigger sometimes actually is better, TheLifestyledCo opened its third and largest location in North Phoenix this past March. The 3,000-square-foot outpost resides on High Street and departs from the brand’s characteristic intimacy to embrace a more residential feel. Concrete floors, soaring ceilings and a bevy of enclaves outfitted with everything from necklaces to chandeliers bring an urban sensibility to the organic, desert-inspired vibe that has made TheLifestyledCo a go-to brand in Arcadia and the East Valley.

But at High Street, there’s more. You’ll find an extensive collection of retail items (including a dedicated dress shop) and home decor (lighting, mirrors, rugs, furnishings) as well as a nascent plan for accessible design services. Here, owner Kristen Forgione dishes on what else to expect.

What kinds of design finds or exclusives does the High Street location offer? There are select furniture pieces on the floor plucked right from our design portfolio along with more than 20 lighting options. We also have in-stock accent tables from our projects and large-format art and mirrors.

How does this location evolve your brand? We’ve got big plans for this location, including a simplified design program we’re hoping to bring to life early next year. While we’re known for luxury design, it’s always been a dream to build the brand and our team to the point where we could simplify our design value and bring it to a wider range of clients.

Any favorite new lines or items? This location has a vast selection of lighting, rugs, art, mirrors and other accents that can be shopped in-store and online. We also have dedicated space for our newest offerings, like The Dress Shop, and are the first in the area to carry spices from Instagram sensation Evermill.
