Design Miami launched a digital marketplace to support galleries, artists and designers from around the world.

You know it as the host of elaborate fairs that connect audiences with influential designers, collectors, gallerists and more, but as of late June, Design Miami is bringing its global network straight to your fingertips with a new e-commerce platform, Design Miami/ Shop

Just as dramatic and extensive as the annual exhibits that run alongside Art Basel, Design Miami’s digital marketplace is brimming with one-of-a-kind illustrations, sculptures, furniture, textiles and more from 52 renowned galleries from San Francisco, Shanghai and everywhere in between.

Users can browse by product type, era, gallery and areas of collection, getting as specific as Brazilian Modernism or Scandinavian Mid-Century in their search. Among the shop’s 800-plus pieces, which range from $100 to $1.5 million, are luxurious chandeliers from Paris’ Galerie Régis Mathieu and a set of stools from New York’s Magen H Gallery.

Staying true to its mission of highlighting the cross-section between culture and design, the new e-commerce platform even features a dedicated section with 100 limited-edition and original works from emerging to established creators that benefits Global Giving’s Coronavirus Relief Fund.

Design Miami is slated to run December 2-5; the e-shop serves as a way to offer immediate support and networking opportunities to the creative community credited for making the fair a success.
