For wine lovers in Portland’s West End neighborhood, a Willamette Valley favorite has set up shop: Domaine Serene Wine Lounge.
The Oregon winemakers partnered with the Sentinel hotel for its first-ever urban tasting room. Wrought-iron lighting fixtures and a wall of reclaimed vintage wine cases evoke European wine cellars, while wall-to-wall windows and a bar-framing mirror reflects city lights.
“Domaine Serene has been a friend of ours for years,” says Bashar Wali, president of Provenance Hotels. “We are in awe of the wines they make and the experience they create.”
