Check In: St. Regis Bal Harbour

Stepping on to the scene less than a decade ago, the St. Regis Bal Harbour is already a new and improved version of its former self. Today’s rendition of the hotel boasts a $35-million upgrade, including new guest suites, expanded lobby space and a Greek restaurant, Atlantikos (shown), all visualized by local talent Michael Wolk Design Associates. This year, the luxury resort shows no signs of slowing down when it comes to luxe amenities for its guests. The hotel partnered with none other than French furniture designer Roche Bobois to furnish a cluster of ocean-front cabanas suitably dubbed Acacia, Hibiscus and Magnolia. Calming cabanas lure guests in with on-site amenities such as a wet bar, private outdoor terrace and butler service. Light wood tones and antiqued mirrors become a neutral palette for more prominent pieces such as the recognizable Escapade sofa or Madame O chairs. Upholstered in seaside hues, these sumptuous spaces nod to the coastal splendor that’s just steps away.
