It’s safe to say one of Instagram’s favorite photographers has found his stride.
Gray Malin — whose playful beach aerials you’ve likely seen in the homes of your favorite bloggers (and in our magazine) — recently launched a new footwear collection with lifestyle brand Sperry.
Originally developing a partnership with the company in 2015, the artist announced the latest Gray Malin X Sperry line consists of slip-on sneakers featuring three of his favorite shots from his latest FOMO-worthy travels.
“Our new collection reunites Gray Malin’s captivating photography with Sperry’s iconic American style, capturing the essence of summer wanderlust,” a description on Sperry’s website reads. “Pastel suedes paired with images of South Beach, Bora Bora and Rio de Janeiro celebrate how every day can be a getaway.”
Always the creative, Malin took to his blog to style some looks for the unisex shoes, which retail for $89.95.
The verdict? They pair well with jeans and a polo for a casual office look, or with pastel pink shorts and a tee for a long afternoons playing Bocce ball with friends (while sipping a glass or two of rose, no doubt).
The Sperry announcement is only the latest partnership the photographer has announced this month.
On June 8, Malin took to Instagram to post about his collaboration with well-known French bakery, Laduree. This summer, the brand’s U.S. stores will carry macaron boxes adorned with pink and mint life preservers from Malin’s “Poolside Mediterranean” collection. The photographer is also selling a pastel-colored, limited edition print of a woman in a polka-dot dress peering into the window of Laduree Paris.
