Celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2018, the NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale (1 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale) will boast “Frank Stella: Experiment and Change,” shown, featuring the artistic giant of minimalism. The exhibit opened November 12 and will run through July 8.

On November 16, the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach (311 Peruvian Ave., Palm Beach) hosted its first foray of the “Polly Jessup Design Series,” a five-year program on iconic Palm Beach interiors beginning with the lauded Leta Austin Foster.

The Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami (61 NE 41 St., Miami) opens the doors to its new home in the Design District on December 1 with its first exhibit, “The Everywhere Studio,” examining the work spaces of more than 50 artists including Pablo Picasso, Yves Klein and Andy Warhol. The exhibit will run through February 26.

Returning to Miami for its 16th appearance from December 7-10, Art Basel (1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach) continues to set the global precedence for contemporary and modern art.
