Hand-Cut Diamond Shapes And Beveled Glasswork Mark This New Industrial Chic Collab

Details

Kiki Van Eijk

Dutch designer Kiki van Eijk brings her idiosyncratic style to the French crystal house Saint-Louis and the brand’s New York showroom is offering a limited-edition iteration.

Van Eijk’s Matrice collection evokes the molds and casts stored in the Saint-Louis warehouse—think industrial chic, but elevated with hand-cut diamond shapes and beveled glasswork.

Along with vases in an array of colors and sizes, the series includes a floor lamp, table lamp and sconce—all emitting a glow mimicking molten metal—that will be sold with a gilded gold or polished nickel finish. However, a 24-karat pale gold finish—in a limited run of 28—can be found stateside exclusively at Saint-Louis’s New York showroom.
