Larkspur & Hawk Embraces The Whimsy With Home Line

Details

Bunnies, monkeys, birds, oh my! An A-list favorite jewelry designer with a flair for storytelling has segued into the home world.

Known for her fairytale-like sensibility in the rings, necklaces, and bracelets she designs, Emily Satloff behind Larkspur & Hawk is now offering decorative boxes, tabletop accessories, vases and wall coverings for those looking to infuse their space with a little bit of whimsy. Rounding out the brand’s first home collection, Illustrated, Satloff has also collaborated with celebrated stationery company Dempsey & Carroll to create a line of correspondence cards.

The piece that perhaps most perfectly sums up her playful world? A stunning wallpaper called Emily’s Garden, featuring a riot of folk-like critters, romantic gardens, and fictitious seaside castles designed with U.K. artist Melissa White.

For Satloff, the crossover into the decorative world was a natural one, having previously worked in historical decorative arts, and studied at Sotheby’s as well as the Cooper Hewitt before becoming an antique jewelry dealer and then starting her modern jewelry collection.

The creative has positioned herself at the center of a fanciful, curious little world–and we’re already eager to see what’s next.

The capsule line, which is accompanied by a 30-piece jewelry collection as lively as cheerful as the homewares, is available at larkspurandhawk.com.
