To help involve clients in the process, Bender Chaffey has instituted a web-based management system that enables clients to track their projects every step of the way. Each client has access to his own website where information about meetings, agendas and phases of construction is posted, along with photos and video footage. This transparency in our process alleviates uncertainties and emphasizes the team approach that provides the best possible experience for our clients and their architects.
