The foundation of JMD Builders is in the name “JMD”, the initials of our founder Jerry Max Dardick. Jerry’s knowledge, experience, resource network, and customer service-oriented mindset are cemented into his DNA. Construction was an everyday adventure since Jerry’s adolescent years thanks to his father, Richard Dardick. Working hand-in-hand next to his father taught Jerry the core values of business, construction and customer interaction at an exceptionally young age. Richard Dardick’s kind-hearted nature, sound ethical mindset, and profound construction knowledge are instilled into the core of JMD Builders to this very day.

Attention to detail starts at the very first point of contact. We maintain diligent correspondence to accommodate for the expeditious needs that construction projects require. The bidding stage is crucial in the construction process for maintaining budget and schedule. By analyzing drawings and walking the project with trades we are able to foresee most potential issues, as well as, obtain accurate proposal pricing to minimize future change orders/additional costs to the project.
Gantt Chart schedules are created to forecast and project integral deadlines and project completion. We advocate for our clients and work closely with designers and architects throughout every aspect of the project. We send progress photos, weekly schedule updates, and make ourselves available beyond the 9-5.
