In 2009, Jerry Abel and his wife Fran became the new owners and Millers Elegant Hardware was born. They not only expanded their new 6,000 sq. ft. showroom, but also welcomed the discriminating consumer who was looking for something so much more than what they could typically find in the ‘big box stores”. The result was not only successful but provided expansion of products, price points and in their important philosophy on customer service.
