Check In: Hotel Theodore

Opened in 1930 as the Roosevelt Hotel, the renovated Art Deco property, now known as the Hotel Theodore, celebrates Seattle’s tradition of innovation. Inside, designer Susan Marinello‘s signature touch is evident in the 153 guest rooms. “The spaces are appointed with several rich tactile layers that create a sense of history and represent Seattle with a modern freshness,” says Marinello. The hotel also collaborated with the Museum of History & Industry to showcase relevant photographs and artifacts throughout. It all adds up to a cozy stay that’s also an enlightening trip through time.
