The kitchen breakfast nook called for a banquette, so designers Jackie Armour and Marcus Schult dreamt up a custom piece with wall-bracketed benches covered in woven navy fabric by Perennials from Lee Parker. BOHO BREAKFAST HANGOUT

SUNNY SIDE UP IN THE GARDEN

Designed by JamesThomas Interiors, the open kitchen includes a glass-enclosed breakfast nook punctuated by a custom oak trestle table with a zinc top and RH Windsor chairs. DINNER WITH A VIEW OF THE CITY

Along with the designer Alison Pickart, architect Stephen Sutro helped place every piece of artwork, including the painting of oranges by Charley Brown in the breakfast nook. A custom banquette covered in Manuel Canovas fabric is positioned at a vantage point from which to enjoy sweeping city vistas. COUNTRY BREAKFAST RETREAT
