The Orchard Private Residences Defines Refined Living In Chicago

Details

Just off Lincoln Avenue, across from Kohler Waters Spa and a host of restaurants and shops in Lincoln Park, The Orchard private residences embody downtown Chicago living, but in a luxurious neighborhood setting.

The new seven-story boutique property, comprised of 32 three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from 2,400 to 3,700 square feet, was designed by Soucie Horner. Each unit is outfitted with refined details, such as exclusive Christopher Peacock cabinetry in the kitchens, spa-inspired master baths and beautifully landscaped rooftop gardens.

“To us, design isn’t just about space. It’s about lifestyle and how that drives design,” shares Andy Lauber, director at Soucie Horner. “Bringing brands such as Christopher Peacock into the mix aligns with the expectations of prospective buyers: They may be downsizing in terms of square footage, but they’re not lowering their expectations in terms of luxury, quality or fine design.”
