Scheduled to open late 2021, The Terminal at Katy Trail is set to provide a luxury experience in one of Dallas’ premier pedestrian locales.
Developed by Capitol Peak Ventures in partnership with Laurie Sands Harrison of The Rosewood Corporation—Austin-based Michael Hsu Office of Architecture leads the design—the project includes 19 residential units, ground-level retail and restaurants, and a linear park space amplifying its adjacency to Katy Trail.
Units will feature gourmet kitchens and luxury master suites, with finishes like bronze, marble and wood. The building’s tactile metals, brick and stone will reference historic train stations in homage to a nearby former railroad line.
