The New Condos Bringing Urban Style To The Colorado Mountains

As newly remote workers look to live a bit closer to their mountain playground, the demand for stylish homes in Summit County is heating up. Uptown 240, slated to open in late 2022, is the town of Dillon’s response, offering 80 condo residences with an elevated aesthetic that’s more urban than mountain.

Within the six-story contemporary complex, designed by architect Kathy Parker of Studio PBA, units feature tall ceilings, private balconies and large windows—many with views of Lake Dillon. White polished-quartz countertops and gas fireplaces also come standard, and designer Shari Cahill of PlaSe Design created two sophisticated colorways—one featuring neutral champagne tones, the other highlighting richer hues—for the sleek tile, cabinetry and luxury vinyl floors.

Resort-worthy amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, pet areas and, of course, up-close lake and mountain views.
