Get a lesson in mixing old with the au courant from designers Marshall Watson and Sasha Bikoff.
Slated to cap the first evening of the highly anticipated East Hampton Antiques and Design Show, “Point of View: Vintage to New” will feature casual conversation between the two industry forces, as they dish on favorite projects, vintage pieces and rethinking the way we shop.
Attendees of the symposium, presented by the East Hampton Historical Society, are sure to depart with insights and invaluable takeaways from the internationally renowned Watson, known for his fresh and classic interiors, and maximalist powerhouse Bikoff, whose recent product collaborations have yielded pieces as vibrant as her bold style.
Tickets for the event, hosted July 17 from 5-6 p.m. at the East Hampton Library, begin at $40. They can be purchased online through the East Hampton Historical Society. Space is limited.
After going virtual for 2020, the East Hampton Antiques and Design Show makes its return to idyllic Mulford Farm July 17-18. In addition to reconnecting with the community, patrons can peruse antiques, jewelry, textiles lighting, architectural elements and furniture from a range of styles. Early buying opportunities will be afforded to those who attend the Preview Cocktail benefit July 16.
