Luxury homeowners are prepared to spend big on art, furniture and accessories, especially in living rooms and public spaces, with 58% of designers indicating their clients are willing to exceed their furniture budgets, and another 55% reporting their clients’ readiness to surpass their allocations for art and accessories. With the lion’s share of spending focused on these three categories, other living room furnishings stick firmly to budget.
