Murphy Interiors, who was one of over 15 top interior designers with work on display. The 2025 edition featured an array of designs alluding to the classic Hamptons look, creative color stories and no shortage of modern moments. Explore 10 standout spaces from the showhouse below.
Tour The 2025 Hamptons Holiday House
Seaside Sweet Dreams Await In This Guest Bedroom
Coastal chic is calling in this guest bedroom by House of L Designs. Drawing inspiration from traditional Hamptons architecture, the room's neutral palette leans into clean lines and contemporary sentiments. "The space celebrates the quiet dialogue between structured design and natural coastal living," shares designer Libby Palmieri Schwartz. Calico wallpaper adds intrigue to the walls, while the Mitchell bed from Four Hands softens the aesthetic.

"Clean lines meet the serene atmosphere of waterside mornings, where filtered light creates gentle shadow patterns," says designer Libby Palmieri Schwartz of the tranquil bedroom she designed for the 2025 Hamptons Holiday House.
A Welcoming Foyer With Layered Eclecticism
This bold foyer by K.A. Murphy Interiors is brimming with statement-making selects. “We envisioned the space as a gallery," says designer Kevie Murphy. Farrow & Ball's Charlotte's Locks paint sets the backdrop for the art on display. The colorful Stark carpet is topped with a Sossego table and the delicate raindrop chandelier is by Shakuff.

The foyer functions as both an entryway and gallery with its abundance of wow-worthy art.
Midcentury Modern Meets Colorful Cool In This Living Room
A thoughtful color story unfolds in this living room by Huniford Design Studio, where every piece was sourced from New York City galleries. "Color moves through the room like an emotional undercurrent, at times bold, at times restrained, drawing connections between disparate pieces," shares designer James Huniford. From the vibrant floral prints to the Osvaldo Borsani lounge chairs in a cerulean Rosemary Hallgarten fabric, the resulting space is a collected, confident assortment of objects in cohesive conversation.

Chris Bogia’s radiant mandala above the fireplace and Donald Sultan’s vivid compositions add depth and rhythm to the living room.
Christian Siriano Designs A Bespoke Lounge In Wonderfully Warm Tones
The inimitable fashion designer's signature sophistication is on display in his design of this Holiday House lounge. “I’ve always been inspired by the effortlessly stylish women I’ve dressed in the Hamptons over the years," shares Christian Siriano, of Siriano Interiors, "for this space, I wanted to channel that same sense of refined drama." The walls are painted a rich red from Farrow & Ball. Sculptural silhouettes and a range of textures imbue the space with undeniable glamour.

The media lounge designed by Christian Siriano features a modern dotted rug by Stark.
An Imaginative Bunk Room
This bunk room by Sheri David, Marissa Allen, Nicole Zaretsky and Amanda Berman of COC Interiors elicits nostalgia. According to the team, the space was "inspired by the magic of summer sleepovers." That magic appears in the way of "cozy built-in bunks, sun-soaked colors, and playful details [that] invite climbing, lounging, and late-night whispers for dreamers of all ages," share the collaborators. The pièce de résistance is the ceiling capped in a colorful, geometric wallcovering from The Pattern Collective.

The bunk room's drapery and fabrics are by Rosemary Hallgarten.
A Japandi Style Pool Deck With An Elegant Alfresco Dining Area
The pool deck of Holiday House is a lesson in restrained elegance. “Japandi x Eichholtz is a refined exploration of cultural harmony, where the quiet beauty of Japanese minimalism meets the cozy clarity of Scandinavian design," says Cintia Dixon, Tlina Design | Eichholtz Long Island. Here, the alfresco dining set invites visitors to celebrate togetherness.

"Anchored by the sculptural sophistication of Eichholtz pieces, each space invites a sense of balance, intention and elevated ease," says Cintia Dixon, CEO & Creative Director, Tlina Design | Eichholtz Long Island of the pool and roof decks she designed at Hamptons Holiday House 2025.
West Coast Flair Meets European Charm
This cabana by Meredith Fish of Fish Row Designs is summertime incarnate. "Unfolding directly onto the pool, the cabana retreat channels the spirit of an ultra-luxurious beach escape—a refined blend of Hermès seaside and Cote d’ Azur 1960s quiet elegance," says Fish. A silk and linen wall covering by Wolf-Gordon is draped from the ceiling, reminiscent of sails in the wind. The whimsy continues with polka-dot chairs trimmed in tassels. On the wall, the expected vibe is confirmed: Party Time at Paradise Cove by Lawrence Schiller, featured courtesy of Contessa Gallery.

Livable Luxury Guides The Design Of This Bedroom
Textures abound in this swanky bedroom by Marina Hanisch Interiors. "Inspired by the poetic harmony of French and Italian design, the room speaks to the essence of the Hamptons: sun-washed, elemental, and quietly luxurious," shares Marina Hanisch. The Swadoh pendant lights draw the eye up to the limewashed ceiling by Red Poppy Paint. The bed's linens drape over an oh-so-soft-looking rug.

"Our bedroom is a thoughtful conversation between materials—where metal, plaster, wood, and ceramics meet natural fibers and textiles," says designer Marina Hanisch of her coastal-cool retreat for the Hamptons Holiday House.
A Bold + Playful Powder Room
Powder rooms are known for the drama, and this one is no exception. Riese Design leaned into tropical getaway vibes for this small space. An Arte wallcovering featuring a natural scene takes center stage. "In this space we wanted to transport you to a world of tropical, organic, elegant and dramatic mixes," says Chasity Centeno. Complementing the wallcovering is lighting by Eichholtz.

A Moody Office Provides Respite
As architects of the original home, The Up Studio got the chance to layer a creative interior design atop their existing architectural narrative. When ideating on this moody office space, The Up Studio team developed a character study to inform their design focused on strong female artists: "Our character references included the reclusive writer, Donna Tartt, along with painter and model Kiki de Montparnasse, both of whom embody a strong creative force," they shared. A rich black hue from Farrow & Ball sets the stage, with varying wood tones found throughout the room's objects.

The Up Studio's team crafted a storyboard including strong female creatives when designing this space for the Holiday House. "These powerful female energies drove us to strike a balance within the dichotomy of feminine and masculine energy through color, texture and materiality," shares Tania Martins and Katie Stoltman.
