Check Out 2 New Showrooms In Portland & Vancouver

Northwest Portland’s trendy neighborhood Slabtown is the perfect spot for the new storefront showroom of Mutual Materials (2175 NW Raleigh St.). The PNW’s largest supplier of hardscape and masonry products will offer product samples and rotating displays.

Vancouver’s Armoury District is where Livingspace, the 30-year-old purveyor of European modern furnishings, debuted an enlarged space in a 1930s-era printing factory (1706 W. First Ave.). The expansion includes a new fifth floor with a rooftop garden.

Also at the top: a showroom devoted to the Italian brands Molteni&C Dada, makers of kitchens, closets and furniture under the direction of elegant Belgian minimalist Vincent Van Duysen. Featuring vignettes inspired by a mansion, the light-filled space combines living and dining areas that showcase the brands’ furnishings (including Francesco Meda’s Woody chair, above), Gliss Master walk-in closets and understated VVD kitchens.
