The Scoop On What Will Be Jersey City’s Tallest Tower
Blueprint
99 Hudson in Jersey City, New Jersey
Soaring nearly 900 feet, 99 Hudson is slated to become the tallest tower in Jersey City.
Located on the Hudson riverfront, the 781-unit condo building will offer views of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Interiors by Perkins Eastman will boast floor-to-ceiling windows and open layouts as well as gourmet kitchens and spa-like bathrooms.
“The principal cladding material is limestone, acknowledging New York’s grand, limestone-clad residential buildings,” says Ming Wu, design and project lead as well as principal of Perkins Eastman. “However, at 99 Hudson, the limestone and generously proportioned windows are expressed with a modern sensibility.”
