Drawing from its name, the venue’s centerpiece is a stunning antique carousel. Designed by lauded Studio Collective, the tented and expansive open-air spaces flaunt decor inspired by the Camargue region in the South of France—a saltwater marsh area known for its pink flamingos, lush vegetation and indigenous Camargue horses, one of the oldest breeds in the world. Sporty motifs and greenery honor thoroughbred horse racing with a wink and a nod to the iconic racing stripes and equipment unique to the activity. Guests are treated to rotating culinary pop-ups from various beloved chefs, lively day-to-night entertainment and epic views of the race track.
