Brothers Phuong + Tuan Pham Are Building A Legacy With Craft Customs

More than 40 years after leaving Vietnam and learning carpentry in the United States, brothers Phuong and Tuan Pham are now at the helm of Craft Customs—a subsidiary branch of Denver-based Cadre General Contractors, which specializes in artisan cabinetry and bespoke furniture. Here, they tell LUXE about their work and the legacy they are building.

What’s on your radar with cabinetry design in the Rockies?

Our clients are shifting toward warmer, more personalized aesthetics that prioritize green living and smart integration. They’re requesting hidden doors and panels that lead to speakeasy rooms, and seamless assemblies that mask private entrances.

How can homeowners upgrade their spaces through small-scale custom design?

Kitchens with concealed, built-in appliances and flush cabinetry with ample compartments can help keep homes clutter-free.

How would you describe the ethos of the company?

If an architect or designer says it can’t be done, we love to prove them wrong.
