With these exciting showrooms opening in Denver, the Rocky Mountain design scene is thriving like never before.
Phillip Jeffries
“In this industry, it’s difficult to be good at a lot of things. At Phillip Jeffries, we do one thing: wallcoverings,” shares president Philip Bershad. Now, after servicing the Denver community for 15 years in partnership with Town, the company has secured a 2,600-square-foot showroom of its own. Targeting Colorado, Utah, Montana and Wyoming, the brand will be available directly to the trade in a built-out space within the Design District. “We are ecstatic to open our first showroom in the mountains,” adds Bershad. “Our parents started the company with 10 grass cloths in the garage, and today we have showrooms around the world, from London to Los Angeles, with the largest selection of wallcoverings in the world.” Bershad notes that designers are currently embracing the color green, from sages to deep forest tones in an earthy, organic palette. “Two examples are Perfectly Plush in Midnight Pine and Jackson Plaid in White on Forest,” he continues. “They capture the nature-inspired hues designers seem to be leaning into.”

Dell Anno
Known for its mix of European aesthetics and innovation, Dell Anno has debuted a new space in the Denver Design District to showcase its modular kitchen and closet designs. Founded 40 years ago in Brazil, the cabinetry brand specializes in sustainability and precision manufacturing, blending beauty and function. “With Denver’s dynamic mix of modern and natural influences, we saw an opportunity to introduce elevated cabinetry solutions,” shares showroom manager Andrea Vianna. Currently, she is seeing a strong demand for clean, minimal design enhanced with warm materials including wood tones, matte finishes and textural accents, but the high-tech showroom also offers touch-to-open hardware, LED integrated shelving, as well as built-in smart features and displays.

Creative Living
For over a decade, Creative Living owner Jeff Stone has been curating his renowned storefront on Santa Fe Drive. Now, Stone is opening a 4,000-square-foot showroom in Denver’s International Design Collection building, displaying vendors like Brown Jordan, Danver, Aztec, Twin Eagles and Flammkraft. The space spans luxury outdoor kitchens, pergolas, infrared heaters, fire pits, refrigeration, saunas and furniture. While exterior kitchens have been trending for a while, they are more popular than ever, enthuses Stone. “The patio is now being designed as an extension of the interior,” he explains. “Unless it’s raining, there’s no reason not to use an outdoor space in Colorado.” Other crowd favorites that the showroom happily offers include kegerators, sustainable flooring and concrete islands, with brighter colored appliances in shades of blue, yellow and green, shares Stone.
