Sunny skies greeted LUXE editors in North Carolina at Spring 2025 High Point Market, setting the tone for an inspiring weekend and a bright outlook on what's next in design. With a full schedule of appointments, events and trend-spotting (our favorite), team LUXE hit the ground running at the Piedmont town, where showrooms buzzed with fresh collaborations and product introductions. Here we break down some of the latest design news, hot off the heels of the show.
Can't-Miss Collaborations
Baker Furniture x Susan Ferrier
Susan Ferrier teams up with Baker Furniture on a 72-piece collection that draws inspiration from the natural world. Ferrier's first-ever furniture collection filled with statement pieces that pull from the designer's global travels. Materiality was top of mind, with elements like cast bronze, oak, leathered stone and polished marble. The Lahar sideboard features smooth, vertical lines inspired by the soil and water that flow down the faces of volcanoes. It's seen here next to the Fosser bed, whose gathered and pleated fabric also takes its look from volcanic activity, with shapes that reflect the formation of linear fissures left by volcanic formations on the earth's surface.

Hickory Chair x Ray Booth
The Tectonic collection from Ray Booth for Hickory Chair takes an edgy, architectural approach to furnishings. The line—which includes a full roster of chairs, tables, sofas, dressers and upholstered bed frames—exudes a sophisticated yet relaxed sensibility. Shown here, the Rylen lounge chair features sharp, masculine lines and a deep seat perfect for kicking your feet up after a long day of visiting showrooms. (Ask us how we know.)

Lexington x Barclay Butera
The new Montecito collection from Lexington in collaboration with design legend Barclay Butera takes a casual approach to luxury. The pieces in this collection are crafted from knotty white oak, selected for its natural grain character, and finished in a light chestnut brown with ivory cerusing. Custom hardware and metal accents are finished in hammered bronze. The line features a laid-back coastal disposition with an understated elegance. See: the Catelonia end table shown here, with its soft curves and hammered bronze metal legs.

The Bernhardt team conceived the new showroom as a modern, cutting-edge design destination. The latest introductions from lighting masters Schonbek were not to be missed at this spring's market. The company introduced its Beyond collection in a extraordinary new showroom, which it shares with Modern Forms Luminaires + Smart Fans. The space is a 10,000-square-foot wonderland of intricate lighting designs. Among the sea of sparkling goodies, the Bergy line caught our attention. Seen here, its faceted optical crystal plates are stacked in a striking formation. A line of LEDs is hidden within the core, injecting a sleek glow that amplifies the crystal's inherent brilliance.

Sanderson
The home decor experts at Sanderson marked their first appearance at High Point Market. With a pop-up vignette at furniture maker Woodbridge, Sanderson's collection of wallpapers, fabrics and paints made a colorful, cozy statement. The brand's English countryside aesthetic transported visitors' imaginations across the pond.

Alfredo Paredes
Design icon Alfredo Paredes unveiled his new showroom in High Point's 313 Space. This comes ahead of his book, Alfredo Paredes at Home (Rizzoli), coming this fall and available for pre-order now. Both Paredes' new showroom digs and his book reflect the designer's worldly, imaginative aesthetic.
