The town is also the perfect stopping point between the wineries and farms of the North Fork and the beaches of the Hamptons. Enter the Preston House & Hotel–a new five-story, 20-room structure attached to Preston House, a 1905 home converted into a restaurant.

The updates reflect the environs, notes Executive Director Jennifer Petrocelli. “The area is going through a transition right now,” she says.

With honed-concrete floors, marble bathrooms and king-size beds adorned with luxury linens, the Preston is sure to draw all those who desire a luxurious place to rest.
