Unique Pieces Abound At This New L.A. Studio + Retail Space

A variety of home decor goods on display on a black wall with floating black shelves.

For a new, inspiring design destination, head over to Verdugo Plaza in Glassell Park, where interior designer Candace Shure has opened her studio and retail space, Shure Design Studio.

There, an ever-changing mix of vintage treasures and global finds mingles with pieces from California makers including Atelier Saucier table linens and LuvHaus ceramics.

“Opening a store has been a dream of mine, and seeing it come together has been a transformative experience,” shares Shure. “I’m excited about the vases and mugs from KuuPottery in Seattle; Kassandra Guzman’s colors are so fresh that they’ve become a hallmark of the types of items you can expect to find here.”

Works by Melina Finkelstein, brass pieces by Fernanda Sibilia and candles from Flamingo Estate and The Floral Society are even more reason to visit.
