Superior House in Chicago

There’s no denying corner units are highly coveted in condominiums–which is why FitzGerald Associates Architects has planned no more than four residences per floor in a 12-story luxury building coming to River North in spring 2020.

Rising in a quiet enclave at Superior and Sedgwick Streets, Superior House will contain 34 contemporary dwellings, each featuring interiors by Gary Lee Partners. Homeowners can expect high-end features, including floor-to-ceiling windows, Florense vanities and kitchen cabinetry, Dornbracht faucets, heated floors and Sub-Zero, Wolf and Miele appliances.

Marble bathrooms will display Duravit and Kallista pieces, along with a Fleurco Adagio freestanding soaking master tub. Beyond the private offerings, Superior House’s amenities include a sky deck on the building’s top floor complete with a vegetable and herb garden as well as a dog run–an all-too convenient way to enjoy Chicago’s summer weather.
