This Seattle Restaurant Is Named For The Very Thing It Encourages From Its Patrons
The former camp-themed restaurant in downtown Seattle has been transformed by Thompson Hotels into their latest endeavor, Conversation, whose refined approach to all-day dining invites both Thompson Seattle guests and the downtown public to slow down and enjoy a meal over—you guessed it—engaging conversation.
The restaurant’s new decor, by Rebel House Design, encourages face-to-face interaction in the digital age, with diners seated among rows of custom-created cafe, bar and lounge seating under the warm glow of branched brass chandeliers.
If at any point the dialogue doesn’t come easy in this open yet homey space, though, each table is equipped with conversation cards to get the discussion going.
