Trousseau Expands From Luxury Linens To Dressing The Dining Room

December marks one year since luxury linens brand Trousseau moved into the Miami Design District. Founded in 1991, the company is known for its bedding and bath collections crafted in Brazil using materials from Italy, Egypt, Turkey and Asia. This year, Trousseau expanded into the dining room with the acquisition of Casa Costa tableware, introducing ceramics, Portuguese porcelain, glass and leather accents. “This union is rooted in shared values: a deep love for the home, attention to detail and the desire to turn everyday moments into meaningful memories,” says Adriana Trussardi, who founded Trousseau with her husband, Romeu. As holiday hosting commences, she recommends investing in neutral-toned base pieces to layer different settings in varied styles, colors and textures. For bedding, “I always recommend soft, breathable cotton sateen or percale,” Adriana suggests. And when it comes to cloth napkins, include personal details like embroidery, a beautiful fold or a charming ring. “Take the time to press or steam them before your gathering—it makes a difference,” she adds.
