SKS Celebrates the 2026 LUXE Red Award Winners
Immediately following the live ceremony, luxury appliance brand, SKS, hosted the official LUXE RED Awards Winners Reception to celebrate this year’s visionary winners in their new, immersive state-of-the-art showroom at THE MART. Eight years ago, SKS hosted the inaugural RED Awards alongside the opening of its first showroom in Napa. Celebrating again in Chicago as the brand marks its 10-year anniversary brings the story full circle.
Conceived by world-renowned architect and Interior Design Hall of Fame Inductee Piero Lissoni, the nearly 9,000-square foot showroom set the stage for a memorable celebration, where world-class design, cutting-edge technology, and refined TechnicureanTM living converged.
The showroom welcomed more than 200 RED Awards winners from across the country, including industry luminaries such as Benjamin Johnston, Jessica LaGrange, Erik Peterson, Jessica Viola, Rush Jenkins & Klaus Baer, and Laetitia Laurent, who celebrated alongside SKS executives including Ryan Vitale, Helen Cho and Donille Perrone. Guests explored SKS’s award-winning appliances throughout the showroom’s various kitchens, while sipping cocktails and savoring a curated menu by Executive Chef Nick Ritchie and his culinary team, as roaming musicians unfolded a dramatic and lively ambiance throughout the evening.
Additionally, the showroom’s striking 31-by-10-foot LG MAGNIT video walls presented a dynamic, looping showcase of award-winning RED projects—creating an elevated, immersive experience that underscored the evenings celebration of residential excellence and innovation.
