A new passageway leads from the dining room to the kitchen, where slate floors from Bedrosians Tile & Stone, soapstone counters and Shaker-style cabinets meld for a period feel to match the century-old abode. Millwork, as throughout the house, is by O.B. Williams; Artifex Northwest crafted the butcherblock and casework.
