A Collaborative Team Updates A Century-Old Seattle Abode

Architect Alix Day brought light into the dining room of a Seattle home by installing French doors that open to the garden, and designer Anna Thomassen created a dynamic ceiling by placing a patterned wallpaper design from Makelike between the beams. Thomassen used the clients’ existing table and chairs.
