J Margulis artwork from Oliver Cole Gallery decorate the minimalist foyer, where sculptural vases rest on layered floating oak and smoked-mirror consoles by Artec Design. Conkreta Construction Company fabricated the ceiling’s floating cantilevered squares, outfitted with WAC Lighting LED lights from LBU Lighting, and the recessed wall channels, both designed by Feldman.
