In the main bedroom, Caulkins wrapped the walls in a soft pink-cream grass cloth by Phillip Jeffries. She custom designed the chaise and upholstered it in an eye-catching brown fabric, Penny Morrison’s Luma, to accentuate the unique patina of the original fireplace.
