General contractor Terry Cudmore simplified the Mediterranean front façade of a Gulf Stream residence for a more Anglo-Caribbean vernacular while maintaining the lines of the shingled roof. The smooth stucco exterior is painted Benjamin Moore White Dove; the shingles are Sagebrush. Landscape architect Dave Bodker framed the entrance with palm trees and installed plants such as bromeliads.
