This Treasure Coast Home Offers A Fresh Take On Old Florida

For this Treasure Coast residence by designer Claire Miner, architect Jack Franzen incorporated a simple roofline, hard-plank smooth lap siding and detailing influenced by the style of the late architect John Volk, known for his British Colonial-style homes. The grounds, installed by Jenkins Landscape, frame “important features and views while keeping the front façade visible,” says landscape designer Richard Rutledge.
