Butler Armsden Architects reconfigured a couple’s Pacific Heights house to have an open feel on the main level. The entry, appointed with heirloom pieces, flows into the sitting room, where a card table was designed by the firm and fabricated by the project’s builder, Mueller Nicholls Builders.
