Santiago Iron Works fabricated the custom steel-framed entry door. Builder Ben Coats specified a herringbone pattern for the floor for interest and architect Paul Turney moved the staircase toward the wall to keep the view through the house open. The marble-topped console was an existing piece from the homeowners’ collection.
