Interior designer Ellen Kavanaugh and designer Madison Way infused this formerly Mediterranean-style Palm Beach home with fresh twists on a British West Indies look, including blue shutters. Landscape designer Keith Williams transformed a parking space into verdant cast-stone entry courtyard with sea plum trees on both sides of the mahogany front door and hedges of green island ficus and gardenia.
