Traci DiGiorgio’s passion for home design began at an early age watching her parents work together to design and build homes. She started working for them in high school and has been designing for over 20 years. She loves the moment when you see your dream home for the first time – that smile makes it all worthwhile!

Traci’s experience in design and construction, along with her ability to listen to clients and understand their needs, has made her a very successful building designer. In all her work, Traci strives to be creative, innovative, and caring. Each unique design begins with a conversation about your individual wants and needs for your new home.

Traci is a Certified Professional Building Designer through the National Council of Building Design and a Fellow of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD).

She serves on the Executive Committee for the Texas Institute of Building Design and on the Board of the Austin Infill Coalition, where she’s actively involved in advocacy efforts. With most of her projects based in Austin, Traci works closely with city departments and industry peers to help shape policies that support thoughtful, efficient, and buildable design. When she’s not in the studio, she loves spending time with her family and planning her next travel adventure, always in search of great architecture, good food, and a little inspiration along the way.
