Proud moment: When I was earning my degree in design years ago, my boys and I would sit together at the dining room table independently completing our homework. Soon, they were carrying tile samples, moving furniture and sorting fabrics. We have all learned so much by helping one another and working hard.

What’s next: The ever changing cycles of work are refreshing and force me to be disciplined, detailed and goal orientated about our projects in the works.
