On October 8, LUXE Interiors + Design brought San Francisco’s design community together at City Lights SF for Tipping Point: Working at the Intersection of Art, Lighting and Technology.

The event featured acclaimed designer Lisa McDennon of Lisa McDennon Design and Lauren Abney of Google, who joined LUXE Homes Editor Mary Jo Bowling for a thought-provoking conversation about emerging ideas, evolving technologies and the unexpected possibilities that arise when art, design and technology converge. From the role of artificial intelligence to the relationship between artistry and innovation, the discussion explored how these forces are influencing the way designers approach their work.

A select few guests also enjoyed an exclusive sketch experience with Lisa, offering an intimate opportunity to engage with her creative process. The evening continued with happy hour, networking and a chance to connect with the panelists and fellow design professionals.
