Since 1988, Bond General Contractors, Inc. has been building and remodeling Colorado’s most distinctive luxury homes. Brothers Matt and John Bondarewicz have an unwavering commitment to delivering the finest quality and craftsmanship, with personal attention to every detail.
The seed for fine home building was planted early when Matt began helping his middle school Industrial Arts teacher with remodeling projects during breaks. Immersing himself in the study of fine arts and design, Matt began building a team of artisans and launched his remodeling and renovation business. After pitching in to help with early projects, John later joined the company full time and is now a Principal of the firm. Matt and John bring complementary skills and decades of experience building and renovating a diverse portfolio of Front Range custom homes.
